Lené Gary is a writer, poet, and photographer living in Montpelier, Vermont.

Her work has won national literary awards and appears in both print and online journals. Her photographs have been published in Vermont Nature and The Bridge and appear on various websites for local businesses and nonprofit organizations. She won First Place in the Vermont State Parks 2006 Photography Contest. When she’s not writing, she can be found paddling her well-worn Mad River canoe.
