Recipe: Quick Lemon Dijon Chicken

Quick Lemon Dijon Chicken

(Serves Two)

Dijon Mustard

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 2 inch pieces

¼ lime, juiced

½ lemon, juiced

4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Freshly ground black pepper

Creole-style seasoning to taste

Place the chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the lime and lemon juices, and stir in the Dijon, black pepper, and the Creole-seasoning.

Cook, turning the chicken occasionally, until the chicken pieces are cooked through.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Add Lime for Extra Zest!

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ready: 25 minutes
